Terms and Conditions of Use
Chapter 1 – General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between members and L&P Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) in using the services provided by the Site.
Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

These Terms shall take effect once they are displayed on the service screen or otherwise publicly notified, and users who agree shall be deemed to have entered into an agreement upon registering for the service.

The Site may amend these Terms when deemed necessary and within the scope not violating relevant laws. Revised Terms become effective upon posting on the Site. However, significant changes to members’ rights or obligations shall be announced at least 7 days in advance.

If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may request withdrawal (termination) of their membership.
Article 3 (Governing Rules Outside of the Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws such as the Basic Telecommunications Act and the Telecommunications Business Act, and general commercial practices.
Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

Member: A person who accesses the Site, agrees to the Terms, and receives an ID and password.

ID: A unique combination of English letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Site for identification and service usage.

Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member to protect their personal information.

Administrator: A person appointed by the Site to manage and operate the services.

Service Suspension: Temporary suspension of services as determined by the Site.

Other terms not defined above follow the definitions in relevant laws and service-specific guides.
Chapter 2 – Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Establishment of Agreement)

Clicking the “Agree” button to the prompt “Do you agree to the terms and conditions?” is considered acceptance of the Terms.

To use the service, applicants must provide personal information requested by the Site.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Applications are submitted through the service registration page, entering:

Other required information as determined by the Site
Article 7 (Approval of Application)

The Site may deny or cancel approval of applications for the following reasons:

Service is technically unavailable

Use of a false name or another person’s name

Missing or incorrect application details

Applications deemed to violate laws, public order, or morals

Previous termination of membership under Article 24(2) (unless reapproved after at least one year)

Failure to meet Site’s criteria for application

Article 9 (Changes to Contract Details)
Members must update any changes to their personal information through the designated method on the Site.
Chapter 3 – Use of Services
Article 10 (Service Hours)

Services are available 24/7 unless there are technical or business-related issues.

The Site may restrict access during maintenance or emergencies, with or without prior notice.

Service availability may be limited by section, and such limitations will be announced.
Article 11 (Information and Advertisements)

The Site may provide information through screens, emails, or postal mail.

The Site may display advertisements through the website, SMS, or email.

Any transactions between members and advertisers are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. The Site holds no liability.
Article 12 (Deletion of Content)

The Site may delete content without prior notice if:

It defames the Site, other members, or third parties

It violates public order or morals
-
It is linked to criminal acts
-
It infringes copyrights or other rights
-
It exceeds the posting period
-
It is irrelevant to the services provided
-
It includes unauthorized advertisements

It violates laws or Site policies
-

Members must follow the Site’s posting guidelines.
Article 13 (Copyright of Posted Content)

Members retain copyright of their own content, while granting the Site the right to post it within the service.

The Site shall not use such content for other purposes without consent.

Members are responsible for any copyright infringement and must indemnify the Site if any third-party claims arise.

The Site may delete posts from members who have withdrawn or been terminated.

The Site owns copyright to its own created content.
Chapter 4 – Termination and Restrictions
Article 14 (Termination of Agreement)

Members wishing to terminate their agreement must apply via the Site or the designated method.

Upon verifying identity, termination is completed automatically.
Article 15 (Restrictions on Use)

The Site may terminate or suspend services without notice if the member:

Violates public order or morals
-
Engages in criminal activity
-
Plans or executes harmful acts to public interest
-
Uses another’s ID or password
-
Defames others or causes harm
-
Registers with multiple IDs
-
Infringes copyrights
-
Engages in hacking or virus attacks
-
Violates Site policies or relevant laws

The Site will notify members of termination or suspension unless in urgent situations.

Members may file objections against such measures.

If the reason for suspension is resolved, the Site will restore access.
Chapter 5 – Liability and Disclaimers
Article 16 (Liability for Damages)

Members are responsible for any damages caused to the Site through violation of these Terms.

If a member’s illegal acts cause third-party claims, the member must resolve and indemnify the Site.
Article 17 (Disclaimers)

The Site is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of user-posted content.

The Site is not liable for any loss of expected profits or damage from using the service.

The Site is not involved in disputes between users or with third parties.

The Site is not liable for issues caused by members' own fault.

The Site is not liable for service interruption due to force majeure (natural disasters, etc.).
Article 18 (Jurisdiction)

Any disputes shall be resolved through sincere negotiation between the Site and the member.

If not resolved, legal action may be taken in accordance with civil procedure law.
